Function
• To be the operational point of contact between the infrastructure provider and the IT teams to ensure optimal service continuity and a unified logic for the deployment of new solutions solutions;
• Take responsibility for the application of the security rules and processes defined by the Group
• Take the necessary decisions and actions as a team in order to guarantee the proper functioning, availability and availability and monitoring of system infrastructure changes;
• Provide advice and level 2 and 3 support to the Group’s customers and to contribute to the optimization of performance and the supervision resources implemented;
• Contribute to the integration of new solutions;
• Participate in the IT processes defined in all areas: incident, problem, change;
• Be a driving force behind the automation of various recurring tasks and the improvement of internal processes;
• Write documentation and technical procedures;
• Prepare communication documents and reports (Powerpoint, Word) required for the activity
• Managing technical projects: needs analysis, design, planning, deployment;
Requirements
• You have a minimum of 3 years’ higher education in information technology;
• You are familiar with operating systems such as Windows 2016/2019 and Windows 10;
• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) as well as virtualisation systems such as Citrix, VMware VSphere, HyperV, LAN/WAN environments and associated technologies (Ethernet, Wifi, etc.);
• You are familiar with Microsoft application products such as:
• SQL Server ? 2014
• Exchange ? 2013
• SharePoint ? 2013
• IIS V8/10
• You are also familiar with storage technologies (NAS, SAN, VM datastore, NTFS, etc.) and Microsoft Office ? 2013
• Scripting: PowerShell, VBA
• You are familiar with the security field (CIS benchmark, Pentesting, ISO27001, …);
• You are fluent in French and have at least an intermediate level in English
