Function
TASKS :
• Analysis of user interface requirements for the career websites and Intranet;
• Ensure coherence of structure and navigation of career websites and Intranet;
• Evaluating and controlling the compliance of interfaces developed by external contractors and other departments & agencies (corporate layout and Europa Component Library);
• Ensuring user-centered approach for evaluation of interfaces (including testing on real users) especially for the Intranet;
• Participation in technical working groups and meetings with the users (policy units);
• Assisting with testing, management, technical documentation, maintenance of websites and Intranet.
Requirements
Requested knowledge :
• Ability to work with clients and IT developers and to understand business vision and needs;
• Knowledge and experience of web site structures, corporate design and procedures and technologies associated;
• Knowledge of design and graphical tools;
• Strong capacity in writing;
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings;
• Strong interpersonal skills, service mentality, capacity to work well with colleagues and good team spirit;
• Good knowledge of web technologies (such as : PHP, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, Drupal, Angular …) and standards (especially WCAG, Responsive Design, WordPress …);
• Experience with SharePoint (mandatory).
