Our Consulting Services Department is currently seeking a Team Leader HelpDesk to assist one of our client in Luxembourg.

Function

As part of the team you will:

The Helpdesk team leader works in direct collaboration with the support agents

support staff. His/her work is described as follows:

1st level support tasks:

• Monitoring of open incidents

• Communication with the Incident Manager

• Production of indicators and documentation

• Ensures the organization of the Helpdesk team (planning of activities, management of

• management, organization of meetings, conflict management, welcoming new employees, identifying

• employees, identification of training needs, etc.)

• Produces management charts

• Proposes areas for improvement

• Manages the knowledge base

Requirements

Your Profile:

• You have a BAC to BAC+2 or significant experience in IT.

• You have a responsible attitude and a sense of customer service.

• You are fluent in French,English,German and Luxembourgish (spoken and written).

• Be creative, open to change, agile and committed to the team.
