Support Coordinator – Luxembourg

For our client, WESTPOLE Luxembourg is searching for an Incident Coordinator speaking 4 languages of the country.

Function

The mission is to:

  • Handle all external and internal calls and emails arriving at the professional service desk;
  • Create, assign tickets and/or participate in level 1 support;
  • Perform the coordination and administrative follow-up of incidents and requests with a customer-oriented approach;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures, solutions, and support tools;
  • Contribute to updating customer database tools.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Must have a diploma of level “CATP/DAP” with a specialization in IT, or have acquired equivalent experience during your career;
  • Familiar with the use of ticketing tools such as Service Now or others;
  • Familiar with the use of ITIL processes (a Foundation v4 certification would be a plus);
  • Possess real analytical capabilities and priority management, and have easy contact with clients (listening, monitoring, communication);
  • Have a strong sense of confidentiality, as well as for service quality;
  • Perfectly master Luxembourgish, German, French, and English languages.
