Specialised Sales Staffing & Sourcing – Vilvoorde


Your primary objective will be identifying Staffing & Services together with the Business Developers and work closely with the recruitment team. Although Business Developers are in charge of a limited number of accounts, it is your responsibility to take the lead into developing opportunities.

To reinforce our Sales team in our HTS division, we are looking for a sales entrepreneur that has the capability to think out-of-the-box and propose ideas to the Business Developers. Together with them, you will take on the sales cycle and act as an interface with the recruiters.

As a Specialised Sales Staffing & Sourcing you will:

• Build a business development plan together with the Business Developers representing several sectors.

• Take initiatives driving the several S&S offerings and inspire the Business Developers with strategies, driving exceptional value for companies.

• Help identify opportunities and secure all the sales process steps to successfully close business.

• Act as a ‘trusted advisor’ for customers and prospects within the S&S domain.

• Help within the interview processes.

• Orchestrate accurately the CRM system.

• Pick up and develop new opportunities out of scope of the Business Developers.

• Become the customer expert for S&S within WESTPOLE Belgium.

• Is a proven consultative seller with a track record in the Staffing business in the ICT industry.

• Is commercial in thinking and doing this with an honest interest in the customers strategy.

• Has the ability to clearly understand the requirements of the customer and translate it into a clear search.

• Has experience with concepts like Hybrid Cloud Technologies, Managed Operations is a strong plus.

• Has a network within the Belgian landscape.

• Has a Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent by experience.

• Is fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.

• Is a team-player between the Business Developers and the recruiters.

• Is service minded.

• Takes responsibility for attaining targets set.
