We are looking for a motivated 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk colleague, proficient with support procedures and tech savvy, able to support corporate and VIP security services with a high level of quality.
Belgium – International Organisations
- Knowledge of SMT and ServiceNow (including configuration) and interest/experience in a security operating center would be a plus.
- Work in a small and cohesive team located in the Berlaymont with a lot of human interactions.
- Possibility for onsite training in the maintenance and support of various cutting edge IT security technologies.
- The job may include sysadmin tasks/training in addition to the helpdesk tasks, if the candidate is willing to develop additional technical skills.
- The candidate might also develop in the service management side, helping to raise the maturity of our support activities (migration to servicenow, raising the maturity of our services etc.).
- Work 2 days/week in Brussels and the rest of the time ok to work remotely from home in Belgium.
- Less than 1 years of experience (freshly graduated students are also welcome)
- Candidate should be already in Belgium
- Good English level
