We are looking for a Program Management Officer (F/M) with very good Azure DevOps knowledge

Function
The scope of the mission is focused on:
Supporting the program management team in transposing ARIS management processes in Azure DevOps
Creating work items in the Azure DevOps tool according to ARIS process and based on data logged in different supports like Google sheets
PMO activities
Creating reporting in Azure DevOps to help to pilot the program
Requirements
PMO activities:
Support Program Management Team with Tools and Software (Azure Dev Ops, ARIS, Google Suite, usage of data from Power BI…);
Support to consolidate program (and related projects) status information in Azure DevOps;
Support to create reports of program (and related projects) status information;
Manage progress reporting with Program Management Team;
Maintain and further increase the quality of Azure Dev Ops templates & tools of the program;
Help to update program (and related projects) plans/tasks by listing tasks, resources, and target dates;
Create and manage project tasks/work items from scratch in Azure DevOps;
Help to consolidate information collected during weekly core team meetings and other program meetings in Azure DevOps;
Help and support PMO program leader in his tasks (maintaining MS-Project program roadmap mainly);
Tools: Very good knowledge in TFS or Azure DevOps tool; ability to transpose in the tool processes/work items designed into ARIS tool.
Languages: Be fluent in English (read/write/spoken); ? Be fluent in French (read/write/spoken).
