Here are the steps of our recruitment process

01 Selection

Once you applied for a job, you receive a confirmation e-mail. We will review your application as soon as possible and give you our feedback.
If we confirm you the assessment stage: YEAH! Let’s start the recruitment journey! If there currently is no match: don’t give up! Come and visit us in the future to see if the right position is there for you.

02 Assessment

One of our recruiters will contact you to set up a first phone interview. This will be the opportunity to discuss your career expectations and aspirations, and to make sure WESTPOLE is the right place for you.
If the result of the phone interview is positive, you will be invited for an interview.
First you will meet an HR-colleague, specialized in recruiting. You also might be invited for some tests. If all that goes well, next step is meeting your future Manager and / or Director. In a final phase, we are happy to present you an offer.

ONBOARDING OUR NEW COLLEAGUES - WELCOME TO THE WESTPOLE FAMILY!

Whether you are an experienced professional or a young graduate, whether you have been selected for an internal position or as a consultant, at WESTPOLE we take care of your onboarding in the company, to make you immediately feel part of a great team! You can also count on a broad offer of trainings to get you up and running.

New internal employee?

On your first day, you will be introduced to your new colleagues, as well as to other key people.
You will receive a briefing on the use of IT equipment and we will provide you all necessary practical information.

New consultant?

As a new consultant at a client’s site, you will have your customized on-boarding, to make sure you quickly find your mark.
On your first day, a contact person on the customer’s side will welcome you.
Within the first week, your Manager will set up a face-to-face meeting with you to answer all your questions and make sure you feel at ease.
After three months, a meeting is held to check how the project is going and to see if there is anything that should be addressed.
