Our Automotive client is looking for several team members to strengthen the team of their Application Service DEsk.

The mission is a long-term mission, where you as an Agent can grow towards a specialist in Several internal application. After a serious training in these applications, you give support to the usergroup. You’ll become an expert within the group for typical applications and are the GOTO person for your colleagues and users.


After extensive training, you are fully proficient in the applications so that you can provide the right information to end users. For this, you are also ready to take on a large dose of self-study and to learn from concrete cases.

You become a super admin (master) of certain applications: here you are the contact person for your colleagues and the teams within IT.

You answer the phone in a professional manner; you identify the person, make a thorough analysis of the problem and process all the information in a ticketing system.

Do you have time between two calls? You process tickets that arrive via the IT portal.

As far as possible, you offer an immediate solution: you can count on a solid Knowledge Base for this purpose.

Don’t know the answer? Then you forward the call to a colleague.


Working hours: Mon – Fri (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.), Saturday shift (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) every 4/5 week (day off to be chosen during the week)


You are…..

Strong in communication and succeed in guiding the client in simple and constructive language.

By nature, someone who wants to help people and who has a lot of patience.

You have good application sense and you have a good analytical mind.

Assertive and eager to learn.

You have a critical eye, a good dose of intelligence and the necessary precision.

You know how to handle pressure and have a good dose of independence.

The landscape of 40 applications does not scare you and is a challenge for you: you like variety and are ready to learn in a dynamic environment.

Languages (NL or/and FR), both written and spoken.

A minimum of 6 months experience in a service call center is required.

Previous experience in application support is a plus.
