We’re looking for an Incident Manager, who will join our team in Luxembourg on the Long-term, On-site mission.

Function
– First contract: 110 days, then renewal on next year, etc.
– NO HOMEWORKING, full presence required in the clients premises, office Luxembourg.
– Start-date ASAP. Most probably in July
Requirements
– French + English needed
– EU prefered, but also nonEU candidates already locatedin Luxembourg can apply (nonEUs outside LU cannot apply)
Tasks:
– Implementation of Incident processes >> Implementation of the incident ticket life cycle, released in a ticketing system
– Collaboration with the System Administrators and the Helpdesk teams. Pilot the helpdesk teams
– Promoting the processes to the users
