Business Analyst (Operational Change Management) – Luxembourg

We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Operational Change Management) for our client based in Luxembourg.

Function

Primary activities:

In collaboration with the business stakeholders:

  • Facilitate and/ or support the DTO Operational Change Management & Communication approach and its implementation
  • Deliver operational change management for the Digital Transformation programme within Value Chains
  • Prepare and enable the Value Chain for operational change, including conducting business readiness assessments, developing and implementing training / roll out strategy and concrete actions, as well as communications strategy and concrete actions
  • Act as a coach, motivate stakeholders to be change agents for the program
  • Align her/his work with the relevant DTO colleagues and assets (enterprise/business architecture, innovation, data architecture, application/technical architecture, PMO);
  • Transfer knowledge to the Value Chains teams;

Secondary activities:

  • Support the design of the DTO operational change management asset and its framework components
  • Support the DT program communication & collaboration to ensure cohesiveness with operational change

Requirements

(Essential) On-site work is required. No remote options available.

The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:

  • Change Management;
  • MS Office tools, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.

The staff member must demonstrate competence in:

  • 2 years professional experience in global financial/banking organisations more specifically in core lending and/or financing business processes;
  • 2 years professional experience in change management actively engaging with Digital Transformation key roles (business delivery lead, technical leads, product owners etc.), business stake- holders, delivery teams and all management levels of an organisation;
  • A proven record of accomplishment and hands-on knowledge of change management; developing communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan for large digital initiatives and/or digital programmes;
  • Practical experience with methodologies related to change management (ADKAR, CCMP, 7-S). Additionally agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) would be an advantage.
