Business Analyst – Brussels

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will join our team in Brussels on the long-term, full-time mission.
Working will be held on-site/near-site (living up to 2h driving from Brussels).

Function

The Integrated Network Management program (iNM) consists of the digitalisation of its core functions of our Air Traffic Flow Management Systems.

The Senior Business expert/analyst will be supporting the Business Manager and the Integrated Network Management team. The consultant but will also be required to work closely with the NM Technology Division Architecture Unit with regards to process and tooling.

He/she will develop and document Service (User/Stakeholder) Requirements and the Business Architecture describing the current operational capabilities of the Network Manager, and thus providing a baseline against which the future evolutions can be built. The Business Analyst will produce the Service Requirements Document(s) and Business Architecture Landscape (and other documentation as needed) describing the current organisation, functions, processes, and requirements for IT capabilities to support this business architecture.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in user requirements capture for complex system-of-systems architectures
  • Proven experience in business analysis and business architecture development
  • Recent experience on large and complex change programmes/projects
  • 5-10 years’ experience in roles relevant to this requirement
  • Proven ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Experience of the Air traffic management (ATM) domain

Desirable:

  • Experience of JIRA or equivalent tools for requirements management
  • TOGAF and/or ArchiMate experience/certification or equivalent
  • Professional certification in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate
  • Professional certification in business analysis and/or requirements management
