Function
In the Role of the Business Analysis, you will:
Assist the business services in writing the business cases;
Business analysis of complex projects which will encompass the following tasks:
- Requirements analysis,
- Requirements elicitation;
Write the business requirements document:
- Co-author the business requirements with the subject matter experts,
- Prepare the data governance deliverable,
- Design the CA & ES data migration rules from the legacy system to the new,
- Prepare the user stories and the test cases;
Write the business requirements on the project Business Intelligence / Reporting component:
- Prepare the data governance deliverable,
- Liaise with subject matter experts and prepare the reporting requirement,
- Prepare the test cases;
Be the interface between the business experts on one side and the IT project manager, thesolution architects, the data governance office and the developers on the other side;
Assist the IT developers and IT testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects,especially on data migrations and data cleaning exercises
Enhance the conceptual data model, the business processes and build the functional architecture of the project;
Execute the business testing activities: writing test strategies, test cases, preparing test data,executing test cases.
Requirements
The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:
- Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies;
- Process or Data Modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, Conceptual Data Modeling, etc.);
- Data Management in general, particularly reference data management.
The staff member must demonstrate competence in:
- Business analysis in large (more than 500 employees) financial organizations,
- Design of front-end application,
- Testing of IT applications in the financial sector,
- SQL or a Business Intelligence tool (SAP Business Object, IBM Cognos, Lumira, etc.),
- English writing skills (C1 European Level), French is recommended (B2 European Level)
