Function
description of the tasks:
-Organisation and planning
-AS IS analysis: documentation and mapping of the AS IS processes, activities and resourceallocations for budget, procurement, quality and compliance matters in GCS (Group Digital Office (GDO) (former Information Technology Department (IT) & Information Management and Prou0002curement Department (IMP)), Resource Management & Coordination Division (RM&C) and Buildu0002ing and Logistics Department (BLD))
-TO BE design: Documentation and mapping of the ‘TO BE’ processes and target operatingmodel for the centralised Division and Units covering Budget, Quality, Compliance and Procurement matters
-Define an implementation plan
-Develop a service catalogue scope for Budget, Quality, Procurement and Compliance activities in close collaboration with the project team and impacted stakeholders:
-Define and enable KPIs supporting Operational Level Agreements and agree with stake-holders:
-Present documentation to Senior Management
Requirements
The external staff must demonstrate knowledge in:
-Business process management and modelling in standard tools e.g. Visio
-Customer journey mapping
-Service design blueprinting
-Organizational development (including the design of target operating models and undertaking AS IS and TO BE analysis of organizational structures in related fields)
-Project management and support
-Digital collaboration tools e.g. Share Point, MS Teams, Klaxoon
-Designing highly creative and engaging PowerPoints to explain complex issues in acomprehensive way to target audiences, thereby facilitating buy-in and decision-making
-Excellent writing skills in English
